Project: commissioning tilting frame

Crane Control BV provided assistance for the commissioning of a new container tilting frame.
This frame can be used to tilt 20, 30 and 40 feet bulk containers and to transfer the exactly
weighted load to another container.
The job was a multi disciplinary work with the following disciplines:
- Electric controls with a cat. 4 safety circuit & motor starter 37 kW
- Hydraulic system with hydro pack, control valves & tilting cylinder
- Compressed air system with 15 bar compressor for different functions
- Supervision and assembly works on site during a short time frame
